Our food and our chefs are at the heart of everything we do at The Brasserie. Led by our Group Executive Chef, Stefan Matz, our team’s mission is to create dishes that make the finest of Ireland’s cuisine accessible to all. In creating The Brasserie, our team spent over twelve months researching and collaborating with suppliers, both in Limerick and around Ireland. The result is menus that strive to offer the very best of our island’s meat, fish, and produce, paired with exceptional cocktails.

Book A Table
From 1 July we will be open daily, with our All Day Dining from 12:30pm to 5pm and Dinner from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Our Restaurant and Bar are fully adapted, with heighten safety measures both front of house and in our kitchens. Tables will be set two metres apart and our teams are wearing visors for your safety. As part of these Caring For You measures, pre-booking is highly recommended.
