Our new Brasserie dining experience features the very best of local and Irish produce simply prepared and cooked and by our team of talented chefs.

The Brasserie is the perfect place to meet up and enjoy a superb meal with family, friends or colleagues. Let our experienced team take care of you as you try the very best in local food, incredible wines, drinks and amazing cocktails.

The food menu’s change seasonally ensuring that we are always current with the very best produce from around the Island.

Our cocktail list is developed by our award-winning Mixologist, Matheus Gamez, one of the top 20 Mixologists in Ireland. Come and try Matheus’ incredible creations in your local Brasserie.

Vegan and vegetarian options feature heavily on the menus so don’t worry if you or your party have any special requirements, let our team take care of you.
