Terms and Conditions
Voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Voucher will still be accepted beyond 24 months (up to 5 years from date of purchase) however will revert to the monetary value of the voucher purchased which can be used against an overnight stay rate with breakfast after 24 months Price Point Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Experience Vouchers
are valid until the date specified. Thereafter they will convert to the original purchase value for a 5 year period from the date of purchase. Alternatively, they can be used at any time for the monetary purchase value, subject to expiry.
General T&C
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Monetary Vouchers can be exchanged and used in full or partial payment for Hotel goods or services
at the time of redemption. No change will be given and any residual balance will remain for later use
