The Explorers Kids Club

Keeping the little ones engaged and entertained is always important during a family break. That’s why at The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick, fun is always taken very seriously. The minute they arrive, each child receives a special welcome gift pack containing pictures to colour and currency to use in exchange for treats and games. Then, when they’re settled in their room and they’re ready to start having some fun, that’s where the Little Explorers Club comes in to play.

The Explorers Kids Club offers your kids an impressive selection of fully-supervised seasonal indoor and outdoor activities ranging from meet the animals, track and trail, arts and crafts, giant Jenga, pizza-making and even a film club. These activities are designed to keep kids of all ages busy, entertained and engaged. Best of all, while they’re making some new friends, mum and dad can relax and unwind with a series of options at your disposal. From wandering through the grounds on our 800m walking trail to indulging yourselves in a well-deserved treatment in The Spa and Leisure Centre, there’s plenty to do while they play.

We also have a dedicated kids playroom on the grounds of the hotel named The Explorers Basecamp. Fully supervised by the Little Explorers Rangers, this is an ideal space for your kids to make life-long friends as they bond over seasonal activities scheduled during weekends and school holidays. This fully equipped playroom boasts giant games such as snakes and ladders, Jenga and Connect 4, and also contains a pool table, plasma TVs and even a Playstation 4 console.
