Here at Porters Restaurant, our experienced, professional team love nothing more than welcoming guests looking to get their fill of famously-good Limerick food. Once you take a seat in the sumptuous surroundings of this open yet intimate spot, you can chose between a beautiful á la carte menu or a terrific table d’hôte menu. Both are complemented by an extensive wine list of bottles from across the world.
During the day, our spacious dining room sparkles with natural light. The restaurant opens onto a large the terrace, where you can enjoy some Al Fresco Dining.
Porters Restaurant offers residents and locals from Limerick and nearby Clare, dishes that showcase the best ingredients from the region. We collaborate with local producers wherever possible. Our fresh fish arrive daily from Kenmare, Co. Kerry and our beef is 100% Irish. We are also fortunate to be able to source sheep’s cheese from nearby Cratloe, Co. Clare and our delicious black and white pudding from Tournafulla, Co. Limerick.
Executive Chef Gerard Costelloe
Gerard Costelloe is Executive Chef of the Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa, Limerick and has been part of the Radisson Blu family since 2002. A native and proud Limerick man, Gerard has represented his country, winning multiple international awards for his food. His success, his passion for cooking and his desire to always be expanding his knowledge, has seen him work in kitchens across the world.
Hotel car parking is free for Porters Restaurant patrons. We offer a delicious children’s menu and also host the renowned Radisson Super Buffet Breakfast daily from 6:30am until 10:30am on weekdays and from 7am to 11:00am at weekends.
